Pedro Isnardo De la Cruz Lugardo

Ph.D. in Political and Social Sciences from UNAM. He has served as Research Coordinator at ENTS UNAM, a member of the National System of Researchers (SNI) / CONAHCYT, and an SDG/UN expert. He is also the Executive Secretary of the Mexican-American foundation DESCOMUN XXI. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor at ENTS and the Faculty of Law at UNAM, an Associate Academic Technician, and a columnist for El Universal Online. In 2017, he published Presidential Strategic Decisions in the U.S.: Seizing Opportunities in National Security and Terrorism Crises – George W. Bush and Barack Obama (2001-2012) (Spanish Edition). He also co-authored The Nopal Framework: A Heuristic Approach to Understanding Racism in the Mexican Context and, more recently, The Art of Pacification in the Contemporary Era: The New Global Socio-Political Actors (Historical Atlas of America, 2023).
